Each year, Fennel travels abroad to explore food, wine, and culture, and you're invited. In 2026 we're headed to Italy twice, with small-group culinary trips to Abruzzo and Emilia-Romagna exploring the regional cuisines, local producers, and hidden gems that make each destination unique.

These aren't rigid tours or stressful, jam-packed itineraries. You'll have space to explore on your own, relax with a glass of wine, and soak it all in, while we take care of accommodations, on-the-ground transportation, and booking cooking classes, winery visits, and food experiences you can't find on your own.
